What will PTO be next year?

It's up to you. Step up to become a part of the Executive Board?

We have discussed moving to a Leadership Committee of 6-8 to create and direct the activities. To fill out the Board Committee we need a Co-Chair(s), a Secretary, a Program Chair, a Liaison Co-Chair, and a Fundraising Coordinator.

PTO is evolving and you can have a voice and create it's future role.

Consider the benefits of being involved in PTO. Network with other parents and administrators. Learn what a student's day is like, ... building these connections builds your knowledge of the school. Through PTO you can share that knowledge and experience with other parents, make new friends, and become aware of different perspectives. The time commitment is as little as an hour or two a month, sometimes 1 -2 hours a week, or 2-3 days a week once every 3 months.

The PTO is moving toward an Issue Oriented organization. Get involved to let us know the issues you need information or resolution. Without your voices we become silent.
